Avinash Nichkawde
Born and bred in India, Avinash has many years of business management experience across various industries. He began his career as a practicing Chartered Accountant and since then been the Director of education, financial and sports companies.
Avinash is a dynamic and visionary individual with a good business ethic and practical experience to bring to his organisations.
As it remains a large part of his life, Avinash has also been actively involved in cricket at all levels, from a dedicated father supporting his young son to the major sponsor of Cricket ACT.

Under his guidance, Power Education has developed unique cricket specific programs which are currently being launched in India, utilising the framework which has made cricket development in Australia so successful.
Avinash strongly supported the Power Education 20/20 cup, a great initiative for grade cricketers as well as the Power Education Challenge Cup for women in New South Wales.

Nick Illek
Nick has for nearly 30 years provided businesses and individuals with highly personal solutions in commercial accounting, legal services, management, projects, strategy, and business recovery (insolvency and liquidation).
He prides himself on finding the best outcomes for any issue including assisting clients with particular experts and personal issues. His experience covers large and small businesses and associated high net worth individuals.

His commercial expertise will greatly support the vision of Power Education.

Barry Knight
Barry is a proud winner of the “World Single Wicket Title” at Lords in 1964.

Barry is a former England cricketer from 1961-69.

First professional coach in Australia, starting in 1970 at an indoor facility in Sydney. First cricket coach to use video analysis, which led to his coaching over the past 37 years, some 20 Test players including Allan Border, the Waugh twins, Brett & Shane Lee, Adam Gilchrist, John Dyson, Andrew Hilditch and scores of NSW representatives.

He has coached over 20,000 young cricketers since 1970 and is still involved in school holiday programmes and Mosman DCC in Sydney.

He holds an ACB level 3 coaching certificate and also an MCC (UK) coaching certificate.
He is the longest serving professional coach in Australia, if not the world.
